With over 30 years of coaching experience, Coach TJ has worked across Little League, high school, travel baseball, and fast pitch softball, developing athletes from ages 8 through 18. During his time in college, he served as a graduate assistant and collegiate baseball scout, strengthening his ability to evaluate and develop talent. He joined Oasis in 2024 as an assistant coach, serving as the team’s defensive strategist and game management lead, and was named Head Coach in 2026. Coach TJ is focused on building a fundamentally sound, disciplined program centered on accountability, consistency, and a team-first mindset. His vision is to create a culture where athletes develop strong fundamentals, trust one another, and compete with purpose, both on and off the field.
